1.Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Fabiane Coletti Furlan da Silva ("we," "us," or "our"), operating under the brand Natural Root Oil. They apply to our website, sales pages, digital products, members area, and private community (together, the "Services").

By accessing the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy from us or use the Services. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment information you provide is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

3.Our products

We sell digital educational products, including video lessons, recipes, guides, workbooks, and access to private community areas, such as the Natural Root Oil, Salon Effect at Home, the Root Circle, and the Mirror Circle.

We do not ship physical products. Recipes teach you how to prepare hair-care mixtures at home using ingredients you buy separately. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or price of those ingredients.

Bonuses and future updates described on our sales pages are included as described at the time of purchase. We may improve, reorganize, or replace content over time, as long as the overall value of what you bought is maintained.

4.Access & your account

After your payment is approved, your access details are sent to the email address you used at checkout. Please check your spam and promotions folders. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact us at naturalrootsupport@gmail.com.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as the product and its hosting platform remain available. If we ever discontinue a product, we will give you reasonable notice and, where possible, a way to download or keep the core materials.

Your access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Sharing your account, logins, or content with others is not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that show signs of sharing or unusual access.

5.Prices & payments

• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Unless clearly stated, our products are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment platforms. Your bank or card issuer may charge foreign transaction or currency conversion fees, which are outside our control.
• Charges may appear on your statement under the name of the payment platform rather than the product name.
• Promotional prices shown on specific pages apply only to purchases made on those pages and may change at any time. A price change does not affect purchases already completed.
• Applicable taxes, if any, are added or included as required by law.

6.One-click additional offers

After your first purchase, you may be shown additional optional offers. Some of these pages allow a one-click purchase: when you click the button to accept an offer, the payment method you used for your first order is charged immediately for the price shown on that page, without re-entering your card details.

Every additional offer is optional. You can decline it by clicking the "No thanks" link on the page. Each additional product is a separate purchase, and each one is covered by the same 60-day money-back guarantee described in Section 7. If you accepted an offer by mistake, just email us and we will refund it.

7.60-day guarantee & refunds

We stand behind everything we sell. Every product comes with a 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee. While the standard guarantee for digital products is often 30 days, we double it: you have up to 60 calendar days from the date of your purchase to ask for a full refund.

What the guarantee covers

• Every product we sell: the Natural Root Oil, Salon Effect at Home, the Root Circle, the Mirror Circle, and any other offer, including those accepted on one-click pages.
• 100% of the price you paid for the product. No fees are kept.
• Any reason. Whether you didn't like the content, didn't see the results you wanted, or simply changed your mind, you don't need to explain or prove anything.
• Each product separately. You can refund one product and keep the others, or refund your whole order. Just tell us which.

How to request a refund

1. Send an email to naturalrootsupport@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include the email address you used at checkout and, if you want a partial refund, the name of the product(s) you want refunded.
3. We confirm your request, usually within 1 to 2 business days, and process the refund to your original payment method.

Good to know

• The 60 days are counted from the date of each purchase. If you bought additional products on a different day, each one has its own 60-day window.
• Once we process the refund, your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days to show the amount on your statement.
• After a product is refunded, access to it is removed.
• Requests sent after 60 days are not eligible, except where required by law.

8.Chargebacks

Because our guarantee is simple and unconditional, we ask that you contact us first before opening a dispute with your bank. We will usually resolve your request faster than a chargeback.

If a chargeback is opened, access to the related products may be suspended while it is reviewed. We may provide your order details and access records to the payment platform to respond to the dispute. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

9.Health & safety disclaimer

• Always do a patch test before using any homemade mixture. Apply a small amount to the inside of your arm or behind your ear and wait 24 to 48 hours. If redness, itching, burning, or swelling appears, do not use it.
• Check every ingredient for allergies, including nut-, seed-, or plant-based oils and essential oils.
• Do not apply mixtures to broken, irritated, or infected skin, and keep them away from your eyes.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a skin or scalp condition, talk to a doctor or dermatologist before using any recipe.
• Sudden, patchy, or heavy hair loss can be a sign of a medical condition. Please see a healthcare professional.
• Any content about vitamins, foods, or lab tests is general information only. Talk to a doctor before changing your diet or taking supplements.

You use the recipes and techniques at your own risk and are responsible for how you prepare, store, and apply them.

10.Results & testimonials

Results vary from person to person. They depend on hair type, scalp health, genetics, consistency, and other individual factors. Any timeframe mentioned on our pages, such as seeing a difference within 14 days, describes a typical goal, not a guarantee.

Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of real customers and do not guarantee that you will get the same results.

11.Community rules

Some products include access to a private community. To keep it a safe and helpful place, you agree not to:

• Harass, insult, or discriminate against other members.
• Post spam, ads, affiliate links, or promotions for other products.
• Share other members' personal information or content outside the community.
• Give medical advice or promote dangerous practices.
• Post content that is illegal, explicit, or infringes someone else's rights.

We may remove posts and suspend or remove members who break these rules. By posting, you give us permission to display your posts inside the community. We will not use your name, photos, or posts in our public marketing without your separate permission.

12.Intellectual property

All content in the Services, including videos, recipes, texts, guides, workbooks, images, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

When you buy a product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, record, publish, or create courses or products based on our content without our written permission.

13.Disclaimer of warranties

The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.

14.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any allergic reaction, irritation, hair or scalp damage, or other harm resulting from your use of homemade mixtures or techniques. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product involved.

Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

15.Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our content, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

16.Termination

We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, for example by sharing your account, redistributing our content, or abusing the community. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) remain in effect after termination.

17.Disputes

If you have a problem, please email us first at naturalrootsupport@gmail.com. Most issues can be solved quickly, and we will try in good faith to resolve any complaint within 30 days.

If we cannot resolve it informally, either of us may bring a claim in a small claims court with jurisdiction, or pursue any other remedy available under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.

18.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to future purchases and use of the Services; the terms in effect at the time of your purchase continue to apply to that purchase, including the 60-day guarantee.

19.General

• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a business transfer.
• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the offer details shown at the time of purchase, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
